Effective 5 November 2026.
The site
The site describes three coffees: Kitchen Table, Fireside, and Morning Light. You can hold them in a cart. A cart is not an accepted order and it does not take a payment.
Orders
An order is accepted only when the shop confirms it. The shop may decline an order it cannot fill, including when a coffee is unavailable.
We confirm preparation timing with you. That is preparation time, not transit time.
Pickup and shipping
Pickup is at 103 Dundas Street East, Whitby, ON L1N 2H6. Please wait for confirmation before you collect.
We offer shipping throughout Ontario. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and displayed at checkout. Local delivery means pickup in Whitby or shipping throughout Ontario. It is not a separate doorstep service. The shipping and refunds pages say how those work.
Prices and use
Bag prices on the site are in Canadian dollars.
Use the site for your own information. Do not misuse the site or copy the brand artwork for your own products.
Your rights
These terms do not limit our liability, disclaim a warranty, or waive a right you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law.
We may replace this page with a later dated version. An order already accepted follows the version in effect when it was accepted, except where the law requires otherwise.
